Beauty Berry “Labubu Giveaway” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Beauty Berry Labubu Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Beauty Berry Inc., a California-based company (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Beauty Berry Inc. are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PST on October 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Automatic Entry (with Purchase):
Make any purchase on https://beautyberry.us during the Promotion Period while logged into or using the same email address subscribed to the Beauty Berry Email List.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Send an email with the subject line “Labubu Giveaway Entry” to info@beautyberry.us during the Promotion Period. Include your full name, city and state of residence, and a valid email address.

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an authentic Labubu collectible figure (approximate retail value: $50). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about November 2, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email within 5 business days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
