What payment methods do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Where is my refund?

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Your refund should reflect in your account within 5 business days after receiving this email. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If, for any reason, you don't see your refund within 15 business days of receiving our email, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at support@beautyberry.us for assistance.

Orders

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click on Sign Up and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@beautyberry.us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@beautyberry.us, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you wish to order a greater quantity or an additional product, we kindly ask you to place a new order through our website. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently provide shipping service to the U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

How much is shipping?

Economy Shipping

  • Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $50 (after any discount, before tax).
  • $4.90 fee applies for orders below $50 (after any discount, before tax).
  • Order will be delivered within 5-8 business days (delivery times do not include order processing times).
  • Within the contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $30 (after any discount, before tax). To apply free shipping, please enter discount code SHIP30 at checkout.
  • $6.90 - $9.90 fee applies for orders below $30 (after any discount, before tax).
  • Order will be delivered within 3-4 business days (delivery times do not include order processing times).
  • Within the contiguous United States.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can certainly initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with intact seals and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase. Please be aware that gift cards and Beauty Berry lashes, including #BerryGelic, #BerryFierce, #BerryGlam, #BerryChic, and #BerrySassy lashes, are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please click here. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. 

Please note that refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@beautyberry.us with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s unused, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging.
