Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with any seals intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that gift cards and Beauty Berry lashes, including #BerryGelic, #BerryFierce, #BerryGlam, #BerryChic, and #BerrySassy lashes, are final sale and not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Beauty Berry lashes, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@beautyberry.us.
